Preparation for DOSCALLS implementation

Hello all!

While Samuel working on boot sequence we need to prepare documentation according DOSCALLS
imlementation. First of all, we need to divide whole DOSCALLS into kernel-specific minimal set of
APIs and API, which can be implemented via above minimal API. Who can do it?
