Despite that 11613 people subscribed the petition, IBM ignored it. In November 2007 community created the 2nd petition, which subscribed 3744 people. IBM rejected it Jan 16 2008, motivating it by technical, juridical and business causes.

But we still hope to partial success because there's OS components which belong solely to IBM. Also, there must be noted that, according to some rumors, IBM lost much sources.
