What is going on here?

What type of tools are needed? As far as compiler type tools I have byacc and
flex built with OW 16.

CLI it is subproject to create CMD.EXE, XCOPY, etc. userland utils. Not tools required for developer.
And, of course, we more interested (at first stage) in reproduction of current tools from OS/2. Better
with full arguments and output format compatability.
